Take The Sonset is a country-rock brother trio built on blood harmony, musicianship, and a lifetime of growing up backstage. Raised in a musical household, the stage wasn’t something they discovered, it was home.

Tavyn, Auslen, and Kaplan spent their early years watching their father perform with Jo Hikk, a country-rock band that earned Canadian radio success and CCMA nominations.

After years performing as Ready Set Bro, the brothers built a reputation for tight harmonies, dynamic performances, and high-calibre musicianship. Their talent caught the attention of PCG Artist Strategies, a prestigious artist development company based in Nashville, where they spent several years under expert guidance, honing their performance, vocal and songwriting skills.

Now stepping confidently into a more defined country-rock sound, Take The Sonset reflects who the brothers are today. Not only do they perform live as a tight unit, but they also play all the instruments on their recordings and are deeply involved in the production, showcasing their skill and dedication. Additionally, their father Allen often performs with them as their drummer, bringing his experience and guidance into the heart of their sound.
